You are such a thin-skinned, self-centered fragile baby that you took a generic critique of mine about the left-liberal's switch on Tucker Carlson and decided to interpret it as some existential war by me on your character, personality and existence, solely because I used your tweet as the illustrative example instead of 1,000 similar other ones that I could have used. I said what I had to say about you. You have these endless, bitter online feuds with so many people, including former colleagues, because underneath the MSNBC and Substack cash and Democratic Party insider-status, there lies a deeply insecure person who has never figured out who you are or what you believe in (few people are capable or doing what you said in the Daily Mail example). So I'm going to withdraw from your increasingly dirty personal allusions mostly out of indifference and leave you to yourself.

A Constituição autoriza que magistrados deem aulas. Aí alguém resolveu que palestra era a mesma coisa que aula. Com isso, passaram a dar palestras remuneradas, chanceladas pelo CNJ. O problema é simples: palestra não é aula. Quando isso começou a ser questionado, antes mesmo de qualquer freio institucional, surgiu a criatividade semântica: rebatizaram palestra de “Aula Magna”. A lógica foi mais ou menos essa: se tem “aula” no nome, então é aula. Direito Constitucional por nomenclatura. Conteúdo? Mero Detalhe.
