@RRishaug @deBoersGolf As one who also has physical restrictions, isotonic exercises.....build the core and the hips/shoulders. I used strength and speed to overcome a lack of ability to rotate the trunk and flex the wrists.

Swing tips please... remember, my spine doesn’t twist.. chirps are also a strong likelihood and that’s ok.. but I’d like to learn something if possible. ⁦@deBoersGolf⁩ thanks for the setup.. we clearly have much work left.
