The old rule of thumb was “rain decreased dry feed quality but green helped maintain quality” = status quo. We had to drench all our ewe lambs last week.

Big Springs and lots of dry matter = Complacency in feeding stock. Summer rain deteriorate dry feed quality rapidly. Worm burdens will increase also. Don’t fall into the trap. No 1 on the never heard list . “Geez I fed my sheep too early” #precisionlambing #paradooprime
