@aileenmorr Theres a deficit in coaching. As far as I can see most HP/ dev athletes are regressing once they leave the junior swim club set up in the south. We need a HP swim or Tri coach with a swim background to oversee that element of the squads. They were in at the deep end yesterday

I’m going to agree Gav. We both went through the ‘steps’ and always had to perform high enough to move forward. It’s the young athletes loosing out here, they could perform well at lower races gaining confidence and experience instead of being hammered- it’s not fair on them!
