@5callmebymyname am cautat si pe myfitnesspal cate calorii are un snitel de pui gata-facut spre exemplu de la mega (cel pe care l am mancat e facut acasa de mama) si m a socat sa aflu ca.. e mult mai putin decat ma asteptam. cam 230kcal/100g, adica pt 35g (unul destul de mic)... 80.5kcal 🤯🤯

I went on a run and my dumbass decided to go to the store and I got one of these dumb cheese rolls. I feel so guilty but I think ill eat it. It will bring my daily total to 1298 but I also burnt 1034 just from exercise alone. I think ill go on a short walk and eat it there.
