Good few days loacally, happy to get the white winged black tern at Monikie & Ring necked duck at Forfar loch. Massive crop on both images.

Winter ducks starting to thin out a bit on local water bodies, drake teal & wigeon from earlier this winter.

The goldfinch were back feeding on seedheads in the front garden today. The one in the 4th pic, with legs akimbo, seems to be channelling its inner Bearded tit. All photo'd through the glazing 🪟

@swaledalebirds_ @BigAl37781408 As a photographer my goal is to present the image as I seen it with my own eyes. I’ve never shared a wildlife photo taken on a phone before and it does look different than anything I’d get with my usual gear, maybe that I dunno
