Check out Demarest’s Deana Finklestein as The MVP of The North 1 Group 2 State Championship Match in today’s victory over River Dell. Deana was also a key player on The 2023 State Group 2 Championship Team. She is also a starter on the NV/Demarest Girls Basketball Team that made The Bergen County and State Sectional Championship Games in 2025. She is only a Junior. Oh and she is the starting pitcher on the softball team and has been a part of the dramatic turnaround The Softball program has seen over the last 2 years.
