It's been a tough couple of weeks personally and collectively. In trying times, I'm grateful for the healing power of creativity and connection.

You. You have gifts. No-one before or after you has these gifts. They have been your particular gifts since before you were born. A more beautiful world depends upon you, expressing your gifts, your way. Please, be a little more you, today and every day.

Writing is generative, your poems are prayers. Feel the fascia get freer with every line.

True art has never needed permission from institutions to transform lives. Your creativity is sovereign. Claim your sovereignty, make something that’s “so you” today.

Empire and economy are visualised as linear, up and to the right. Life on earth is circular. Living in a manner that honours our biology, is the rebellion we need.

An invitation I'm remembering. When I feel "out of control", where have I lost trust?

On Thursday, I lost a journal. I'm shocked at how much I'm grieving this loss. Letting it go, is hard. I now appreciate how much I treasure the clear and creative thinking that comes from writing daily. Anyone else?

✏️ Creating or collecting charcoal on the country I'm painting has been a process that has deepened my practise in ways I could never anticipated. 🍃 It deepens connection and I bear witness to the landscape expressing it's timeless rhythms and patterns.

Your connection to nature isn’t lost. The earth is longing to feel your loving witness and your sense of wonder. There is no pain or resentment. Only kin waiting to exchange with you.
