@resepolitika backpack ! backpacks are very practical and good for carrying actual necessities, while shoulder bags are mainly to carry lighter things imo. if backpack, easier at equal yung weight distribution on both sides of ur back as said by my doc (i have scolio kasi hehe)

@louvrehaze i totally recommend na maligo para ma-refresh yung katawan at isipan mo bago ka magstudy, avoiding excessive screentime (no reels!! baka ma-distract), or eat food. make sure u arent hungry or tired !!
