@caterpillarboy_ im not exactly sure if hair can grow if the scar is fresh (which i doubt) but it has happened to me alot especially on my healed/healing scars, as you can see theres a bump and its inflamed 🙁 either way i dont think its anything serious, keep an eye on it tho just incase
