@RejiYates I hear you on the insomnia point lol. I get anxiety over not getting enough sleep so I never get enough sleep naturally. Trying to find a concoction that lets me sleep peacefully with no side effects is hard😩

@deathbcmsher Tbh nah I don’t and I think it’s cause I already sometimes suffer from insomnia because of my anxiety disorder so my body really needed that long rest. Defo not something to take daily for sure

Most people will see 10mg work for them perfectly fine.
But you can get a higher dose. In my case, 12 mg works much better.
I take 12mg because at times my anxiety disorder causes insomnia so 12mg knocks me out better and I get a better sleep.
But do what works for you beloved.
