do not buy any flowers from @prestigeflowers as their customer service is awful. Bought flowers as a thank you gift and they were half dead when they arrived! When I complained the company was so off hand and dismissive and I would never buy off them again. Be warned !!!

I ordered these off @prestigeflowers and this was nothing like the shabby bunch that turned up. Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY from these rip off merchants !!

@StarbucksUK I visited your St David's outlet in Cardiff yesterday and went to use the loo whilst I was there. I saw the state of it and decided to use a convenience elsewhere as it was DISGUSTING with urine all over the seat and dirty tissue paper all over the floor.
