Am unable to leave the house at the moment due to ill health, so decided to order some groceries from Just Eat, they proceeded to charge me and only delivered the milk and juice, all essentials for dinner were missing. I have been denied a refund 4 times with no explanation

@JamesEsses I’m also a psychotherapist and I 💯 percent agree. I regularly work with exposure therapy for social anxiety, emetophobia and other similar conditions and IF the individual really wants to solve the problem, it always helps. Emphasis on IF!

As a psychotherapist, my opinion is that people should not be able to claim benefits for workplace anxiety. The treatment for anxiety is exposure, not avoidance. Allowing anxious people to avoid the very thing that causes anxiety traps them in a state of perpetual helplessness.

@AllisonPearson Everyone on sickness should be interviewed by a real person. If they can operate a smart phone or iPad to post on social media they can do full-time data input work.

An astounding 3,000 people are signed onto sickness benefit every single day. THREE THOUSAND. Clearly, this is not sustainable. Assessment in person must be reinstated. Work must pay.
