@fyreman2006 Too lazy to cook so opened a tin of sardines (expiration date 2 days ago so it needed to be eaten I rationalize) with a new bottled sugar free mesquite marinade & dehydrated veggies (from my new dehydrator). Tossed in quick oats for starch. Easy & yum!
