I’ve been eating about 1,900 calories a day. Mostly ground beef, lightly breaded chicken, eggs, plain Greek yogurt with honey and fruit.
A few cheat meals here and there. Little to no sweets. (RIP ice cream😭)
Walking 10k steps a day.
Gym 2x a week for weight lifting.
Started at 186, weighed in at 177 today.
A few months in now.
Still no abs.

@kwansfull i agree that the most likely outcome is that the lodge wasn't doing anything wrong. im a big fan of them so i could potentially be bias, but im rooting for them! sucks that the investigation is another black eye for poker regardless of how it ends.
