Can dark personalities (malignant narcissists, psychopaths, coercive controllers) change? No. They have brain anomalies of the pre-frontal cortex & amygdala. They can’t change. They don’t want to change either because they have no fear & so believe they are superior.

@GinPhillips17 hell yes. So many things my mom wouldn't buy because saltines would do just fine...Doritos, oyster crackers, croutons, Panko, taco shells, literally any other cracker..and I would shake my head but when I had morning sickness saltines didn't hold it against me and gave me comfort
