On behalf of Jewish families we filed a lawsuit against a Bay Area school district for pervasive antisemitism by teachers, students, and administrators. It's past time to challenge antisemitism in education. SUHSD is the district.

In Nov. 2023, a Berkeley parent raised concerns after a teacher said he’d discuss “Israel-Palestine” and “settler colonialism.” The Deborah Project has now sued Berkeley School District for allegedly fostering anti-Israel bias and failing to provide balanced content. #civilrights
