@Yazzo_Yazzo @patchofserenity the whole point of recovery is to recover dysmorphia, the mental aspect, and your body. obviously if you’re struggling with ED you aren’t necessarily able to recover willy nilly. it’s not easy to accept having more body fat on you is okay; it’s not easy to accept you look good
