@ray0808080808 personally metab days really help me to stay focused on my goal without suppressing my cravings since ik i can have it on that day and I have not gained so ig they are worth it
@decalfawn well 🤓 basically its because the hormons during that phase make our metabolism faster so we need more energy which results in being hungrier and craving more food
