Hi, sorry you didn't get the information you were looking for. Our crews had to do some temporary repair measures to restore power to some neighbourhoods late last week. We understand this has caused lower voltage for some customers in certain neighbourhoods. We hope to complete some additional repairs that should resolve the voltage concerns by the end of the day. @ENMAXpower @ENMAX post power outage below, washing machines across impacted sw communities are tripping their breakers. I know specifically of Alpine Park & Vermillion Hill and have read reports from Bellmont, Yorkville etc. This is across brands. Any idea what's happening?

@ENMAX @ENMAXpower AFCI breakers in outlets connected to washers are flipping over and over. My hood fan also tripped its AFCI breaker multiple times. Attached below is a screenshot from one of the community forums. Can you at least validate that and provide an ETA? @CTVCalgary @GlobalCalgary

@ENMAX @ENMAXpower Thanks but I don't need troubleshooting help, just trying to isolate why its happening. Like i said, its affecting multiple properties across a swath of communities. Can you at least tell me if something is going on with the supply to the impacted areas.

@dedayo7 @ENMAXpower Hi, there are a few reasons why this may be happening if only one device in a home is experiencing an issue. If this is recurring, could you please send us a dm and we can help you troubleshoot.

No rhyme or reason to the trip, start of cycle, mid cycle, drain cycle, all over the place. the only thing everyone agrees upon was that it started post the power/water outage across the communities on Wed/thur.

This is a maytag side by side by the way, and of course she doesn't have any documentation to that effect. Between @TrailAppliances and @Whirlpool_CA , all i'm asking is that you stand by the products your offer and do the right thing.

This is a two week old device, that sounds like a truck is idling in the kitchen whenever its on. I challenged the whirlpool service agent to point me to the part of the device documentation that states my device will operate at 60 decibels (as noted by the technician)

@Whirlpool_CA @WhirlpoolCorp Got a brand new side by side refrigerator from @TrailAppliances. Barely one week in and it's been noisy as hell. Sounds like a power generator set instead of a refrigerator.

We can confirm there has been damage to YYC's terminal building due to hail and heavy rainfall. At this time we are prioritizing the safety of all guests and staff and clearing the impacted areas. We are currently assessing the damage and its impact to operations. #abstorm
