how to find a good growth person: everyone keeps asking where to find good growth people (someone who understands UGC, Meta Ads, growth funnels) it's contradictory, though if someone is actually good at growth (in a way that drives conversions, can control campaigns, determine ICP, etc) they'd be building their own product. instead, you need to be in the weeds training up talent. find the most ambitious 19 year old you can and give them the tools to iterate. they won't know meta ads, won't fully understand UGC, and will probably make a LOT of mistakes. BUT they'll actually be invested in success. learning growth is 70% ambition and iteration and 30% raw talent. no one legit will do growth for your startup for 150k / year.
