Heybridge Swifts are delighted to confirm that Connor Jarrett, Josh Parker and Jamal Poeketi have been promoted from our Reserve Team to the First Team and will be available for Saturday's game. They will join fellow reserve graduates Mason Gillam, Rohan Taheny-Clarke and Riley Prendergast,  who are already featuring heavily for the first team this season. This further highlights the clear pathway from youth and reserve football into senior first team opportunities at the club. Heybridge Swifts can confirm that Dylan Logan, Ben Sampayo and Makhaya James have been released from the club. Dylan and Ben both rejoined for their second spells with the Swifts, while Makhaya joined at the start of the 2024/25 season. We thank all three players for their hard work, commitment and professionalism throughout their time representing the club. 🚨 Club Statement 🚨 Heybridge Swifts can confirm that Interim Manager Adrian Whitbread and Goalkeeper Coach James Good have left the club. Adrian, who joined at the start of the 2024/25 season, and James, who has been a part of the Swifts for 8 years, have both worked tirelessly during their time at the club. We would like to place on record our thanks to both Adrian and James for their efforts during their time with the Swifts and wish them all the best for the future. The Reserve Team Management will take charge of the team for Saturday’s game. #Swifts

I decided to leave Heybridge last night after I was told that the already lower budget was being cut again. This, amongst other issues, and certain people at the club, has lead me to make this decision I believe the players and the fans deserve more. All the best for the season
