Tough luck. It's very hard to bottle up emotions even situations where you work so hard but never reap the dividends of your labour. It's normal to feel bad. But I am learning to find the edge in every difficult situation I find myself. Accept my flaws and mistakes, rewire my mind not to give up or few weary, take breaks if the situation gets beyond my control and I return back to the game stronger than ever. Yes! Beaks didn't go well for a lot of us, but you need to win the game in your mind so you can come back and devour any competion that comes your way in the future! Onward!

I try to bottle it up too But having to lose 4 times under a week, not just from a particular project but prolly other different projects you have contributed to genuinely It's hard to control, trying so hard not to think it Really trying my best to act like nothing happened I just need to try and sleep cause at this point I don't feel any motivation at all again The only thing I think of is just to leave cause this place as probably dealt with me mentally like a lot but it's fine
