Most organisations run appraisals, very few actually build & focus on development. The competencies sit in documents but rarely shape everyday conversations. It was great to talk about Competency Based Framework for overall Development..along with Bosky/Ravi from JOP .. db

Being the Chair, enjoyed a great learning session today, The Inner Growth - The Experience that Reshaped the Values by Jeet Chhatwal. He shared the 4 impactful stories that has changed the way we look at things, which has greater impact. Lot of thought provoking Q & A. Thanks db
