purchased Sony Bravia X90L for ₹88,000 a "Premium" TV with promised world-class quality. Reality? EXACT same scam: ❌ Display defect appeared shortly after purchase ❌ Sony's excuse? "Dust inside screen" same copy-paste blame game. ❌ When I refused, they called the defect "Normal" This is NOT an isolated case. Multiple Sony Bravia owners across India are facing identical issues with the SAME corporate response blame the consumer, protect the profit. ₹88,000 ke TV mein "Normal" defect? A sealed premium panel collecting dust is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT not my environment, not my agarbatti.

क्या ठंडी हवा मिलेगी भाई? AC टेक्नीशियन अगर ऐसा काम करे तो फिर दुश्मन की क्या जरूरत आज रिश्तेदार के घर गया और उनका नया AC पहली बार चालू हुआ। लेकिन कूलिंग की जगह गर्म हवा आने लगी। फिर मेरी नजर दीवार पर पड़ी अचानक दिमाग घूम गया । वजह जानकर और हँसी भी आई आउटडोर यूनिट कमरे के अंदर और इंडोर यूनिट बाहर लगा दी गई अब ये AC कूलिंग नहीं, उल्टा हीटिंग कर रहा है। AC installation mistake, wrong fitting, cooling problem, सब एक साथ! नया AC, नई उम्मीद और नया मजाक मैंने कहा टेक्नीशियन को फिर से बुलाओ है Outdoor Unit बाहर लगवाओ और Indoor अंदर लगवाओ। क्या आपके साथ कभी ऐसा हुआ है। कॉमेंट में बताओ👇

@I_alokkumar03 Hi Alok, I am also facing the same Backlight Clouding issue in my Sony X90L — just 8 months old — currently under warranty. Sony is trying to avoid replacement. Your case is very important as evidence that this is a systematic manufacturing defect in Sony X90L panels.

@sony_india @Sony I will not accept this TV if it is opened and repaired at a service center. Factory-level precision and quality simply cannot be reproduced at any service center the picture quality will be permanently degraded and the problem will keep recurring.
