Shockingly, he appears to be a TN Govt employee. such a comment exposes the deep-seated caste hatred and grudge against Dalits by this person.

to file an FIR under Sec 3(1)(r)(s)(u) of the SC/ST (PoA) Act and take departmental action as an immediate effect to ensure a safety and justice to Dalits in the state.

I came across a disturbing video allegedly from Tirunelveli by
