@deepinCroydon August 24 tickets are also due to go on sale on the same date, 3 July 2024. - Shak
English

@AvantiWestCoast What about August 24, please? Isn't delaying release the same as withholding from public sale?
English

@deepinCroydon Evening, they're not being withheld, they just have differing release dates. Tickets for the 1, 7 & 8th September are due to go on sale on the 3 July 2024. You can sign up here for advance alerts

Hi Ian, sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your ticket changed. Please give our Aftersales Team a call on 0345 528 0253, options 5 and 2. They'd be happy to get that sorted for you. Just to let you know that the opening and closing hours are from 8 am until 10 pm Monday to Sunday. - Miles

@AvantiWestCoast I want to change the date of a ticket I bought. Your website won't let me do this and your app isn't working. What do I do?

We are asking Londoners to give their views on how Met officers can better conduct stop and search.
Help shape the future of the charter and fill out the survey

Officers, community members, and local partners, including @croydon_king in #Croydon, came together to discuss the future of stop and search.
We are engaging with those most affected by stop and search across London to help inform our Stop and Search Charter, a co-produced agreement between the Met and the communities of London.
English

@MPSAndyBrittain Can't you just stop and search more people? Nobody carries a knife for protection. They carry a knife to stab someone. And there are clearly a lot of people walking around carrying a knife. Because they can.
English

Horrified by incident last night in Croydon. Thanks @MPSCroydon, @airambulanceldn & @Ldn_Ambulance for the hard work, sadly despite all efforts a life was lost to knife crime.
English

@justjoelawrence Awful isn't it. And they go round with masks on to cover their identity.
English

The first time I am genuinely terrified about this!

@metpoliceuk Not exactly the place I’d wanna take 2 young kids so call it what you want, closed or not closed people will stay away!

We’ve seen some suggestions that Oxford Street was ‘closed down’ earlier which isn’t really an accurate reflection of today’s events.
While a large group of protestors walked down the road, traffic and pedestrians were still able to get around. Officers were with the group throughout and the level of disruption was monitored closely.
Some shops did decide to close their doors for a short time whilst the protest passed, but then re-opened and have carried on with their day’s trading.
The area has been packed with people and as you’d expect two days before Christmas. It’s still very busy with lots of shoppers and tourists who have largely been able to carry on as normal.
English

@chilternrailway That's fair. I don't blame the crew, I blame the management 🫢
English

@deepinCroydon To raise a complaint you can do so via the following webform, Submit a request – Chiltern Railways (support.chilternrailways.co.uk/hc/en-gb/reque…). However, please refrain from using profanities on our social media platform. ^CK

We’re operating an amended timetable over the festive period (24 Dec – 1st Jan).
