Satellite images have emerged showing the aftermath of Iranian strikes on U.S. aircraft at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. The images show large burn marks at the KC-135 refuelling aircraft parking areas. Also, earlier the Wall Street Journal reported that five tankers were damaged, but it was likely a separate incident.

Ukraine’s mid range strike campaign continues unabated, with more air defenses destroyed last night. Notably, a Tor, Nebo-U radar and a Zu-23-2 technical belonging to a mobile fire group were destroyed. The Unmanned Systems Forces also blew up shahed warehouses and fuel tankers on tracks.

Confirmation of the presence of an A-50U (RF-50606, Red 51) and 4 MiG-31s at Vladivostok Airport on March 18. Three out of the four MiG-31s are equipped with Kh-47M2 missiles. Four MiG-31s left the airport between March 18 and 19, but the A-50U remains here today and may participate in other joint exercises.

Today, an A-50U (RF-50606, Red 51) from Vladivostok Airport conducted a training mission over the Sea of Japan and returned at 08:15. Two MiG-31K (one of which is RF-95215, Red 90) from Vladivostok Airport conducted a training mission and were escorted by two Su-30. Two Il-78Ms (one of which is RF-94288, Blue 83) from Ukrainka Air Base provided refueling support during the exercises and returned at 03:00.

Shadow tanker GRIF is not interdicted. She stopped for fuel after turning around at Hormuz Strait Feb 18 (likely missed a planned top up). She is fueled up by Greek bunker tanker SIKINOS 9460851 whose last customer was a ship not broadcasting AIS outside Le Havre port, France.

Three Tu-95MS from Belaya Air Base landed at Dyagilevo Air Base after a combat mission. Yesterday, a Tu-95MS from Dyagilevo Air Base conducted a training mission and returned.

Sweden is stepping up the shadow fleet game with another violent boarding of a stateless tanker, last one less than a week ago. Minister Bohlin surely does not sound like this is the last of it. Previous boarding has led to detention of vessel CAFFA and charges against crew.
