and i think at this point i have lost so much weight (visibly) within the past year/ year and a half i think if i got even more thin too quickly people would say something and they already have so i just have to be sly

then again i also have made some realizations about the beginning of my ED. i think my ADHD directly ties to my ED. when i was a unmedicated child my dopamine starved brain chose binging as a way to get dopamine. then i would get stuck in the ADHD rumination spiral feeling guilty

it’s so crazy to me how much extra weight i had on me and didn’t realize it. i always thought my set point weight was like 120-125lbs which is borderline overweight for my height but no. my weight has been sticking right at 110lbs for a while now and i’m like???
