You're not going to get it from buhurt.
Real knightly art trained around attacking the gaps in armor rather than bashing it nonsensically.
This buhurt or "medieval MMA" is awesome, but it's intended to resemble tournaments, not warfare. The armor is also modified for modern safety, which armor nerds love to make fun of because it's obvious when an artist is referencing buhurt armor by mistake. Buhurt armor is beefier, less elegant, and the helmet designs are often not medieval at all.
Unfortunately until Hollywood takes the stick out if its arse the best way to imagine what real medieval knights fighting in battle looked like is to read history, especially primary sources, and reference real medieval art as well as art produced by masters who know their stuff like Graham Turner.
