Your body remembers everything it’s been through. Be gentle with what you ask of it.

You can miss your old body and still be grateful for this one. Both can exist, both can be true at once.

If all you did today was show up and breathe through it, that counts as care.

You are allowed to move slower than the internet tells you to. Your nervous system matters.

A routine won’t fix a disconnected relationship with your body. Care comes before consistency.
