@LeylsTurk The education system is broken. We train students to tick boxes and get sign offs just to qualify instead of teaching them the principles and giving them the tools to solve new problems. UK medical training is just as bad. Quit tickboxes and start inspiring tomorrow’s docs.

UK medical training isn’t working. An impersonal vortex of chasing ‘points’ and extras which are usually done on your own time and have very questionable value for organisations or patients. Burnout and stress are so high and yet colleges seem to bury their heads in the sand.
