@Virtual_Riot @deadmau5 You can use a max for live device to send queues from Ableton to Resolume - your VJ can still run all the effects but your clips in Ableton will trigger the corresponding clips in Resolume. I’ve played my sets this way for years running both the music and visuals.

Recently I've seen a lot of comments like "@deadmau5 says all the festival sets are pre-recorded" or "if the visuals are perfectly on time it means they're time-coded and auto-sync to the music" let me clear up some things (below):
