It’s a regional sport. So it’s hard when ESPN or Fox rolls in 3-4 outsiders that haven’t watched a Brewers or Twins or Reds game all year. So it’s kind of a guessing game for them without any nuance. Fans want to hear people that know their teams the way they do.

Peacock is using the exact booth I’ve been hoping more National Broadcasts use. Play-by-play guy of one of the team’s and analyst of the other. You can feel how much more prepared and comfortable they are. The broadcast sounds smoother, the fans watching don’t get mad. Win-win.
