@BatVibes Splash is the most iconic move across all the generations

Did you know? The infamous move "Splash" is actually a massive localization error. In the original Japanese games, the move is named Haneru (はねる), which directly translates to "Hop" or "Jump." When Gen 1 was localized, the English team translated it as "Splash" simply because Magikarp was the only Pokémon that could learn it. But keeping that mistranslation caused huge logical inconsistencies in later generations: • Pokémon with absolutely no connection to water, like Hoppip, Spoink, and Buneary, can learn "Splash." They aren't splashing; they are famously bouncy Pokémon that are hopping. • If the move Gravity is active on the battlefield, Splash is completely disabled and cannot be used. You physically can't hop when gravity is intensified, but being unable to "splash" never made any sense. • It explains why Splash has always been a Normal-type move instead of a Water-type move.

So double protect is used when the same mon protects twice in subsequent turns, and is also used when both mons protect on the same turn. How about as a collective, we start referring to the version where both of your mons protect on the same turn as a "field protect"?
