@PenyfforddRunCl It’s definitely “off road” though, so not just a regular urban pram, needs suitable wheels.

@PenyfforddRunCl Yes we usually have a few buggy runners. Not a smooth surface but fairly free of mud, a couple of hills to tackle.

A beautiful sunny morning in the forest for this morning's run, well done to all runners and our brilliant volunteers.

@newstigger trail shoes good if very damp underfoot but road shoes will do fine. Bring both and see what you think! Hope you enjoy!
