Almost 2 months have passed since my card was issue .
No any update on the issue despite raising the issue several times

Why do guys give points when you forfeit them after 6 months

@HDFCBank_Cares why is there always a disguising manner of conveying information related to credit cards.
My mail shows no annual or joining fee on card but when I open and apply it shows zero joining fee and waive off in annual fee .
Can't it be kept simple in mail ?
