The new WSJ reporting seems to confirm that the sirens at Al Salti aren't even sounding for long enough for all the soldiers to reach safe areas. The early warning capabilities are almost nonexistent. In fact, the sirens are not even audible in the video of the third strike (despite WSJ's reporting).
