Which skill are you learning nowadays ?

Large project for a global corp. Leaders introduced a 2-week rejuvenation period to give staff a break from endless meetings. Nice but pointless if the old routine returns. There's no need for breaks if you prioritize essential meetings & foster a culture of efficiency and focus.

@SalesforceBen "They have a mammoth task of rebuilding the product on their own platform" - yes and no. They are building on top of an existing product, not starting from scratch. The first clients will go live already this year. Of course, refinements will come but the solution is almost there
