We propose that autoinhibition holds the endocytic machinery clamped at synaptic membranes to constrain actin assembly to productive endocytic events. Could help explain how you can get fast and high capacity endocytosis over a wide range of synaptic activity! (5/5)

So what are they actually doing at the synapse? We blocked the association of these proteins at the NMJ and found more actin assemblies- but their lifetimes were shorter, and endocytosis was compromised. (4/5)

So if someone is working 100 hrs a week, that leaves ~10 hrs a day that you’re not working. Sleep ~7hrs a day let’s say. 3 hrs a day not working? Seems fine, you’ve got plenty of time to eat!
