@Deltaprintr Are these people still in business? Ordered printer 12/7/19 confirming email, but no updates, online chat is offline and do not respond at all. Supposed to ship in 2-3 days, but they charged card. No way to contact them.

@thatrocketsci Hi there! Unfortunately we no longer support the laser-cut versions as we ceased production of those several years ago. We still host the instructions at our support page. There is a link on top.

Useful resource to troubleshoot 3D prints. The only ones I was never able to solve were those created by the @Deltaprintr. It always starts fine then under extrudes, then has a temp issue. Some things end up working. Sometimes we have to give up on others #3Dprinting #dealwithit
