"She" refers to a single specific entity. Meganium isnt a single entity. In universe there are likely thousands if not 10s of thousands of Meganium. It's a species, not an individual.
It's like if you saw some birds in a tree and referred to all of them as "he"

No calm mind access, but if they give her growth in pokemon champions she could set up +2 attack/special attack and go either phys/special 75% healing from Synthesis at all times is kinda huge. She should also have fire coverage in weather ball at all times? Can't wait to use her
