I’ve kept letters from my mum (died at 56) & my Dad (died at 70) from when I was at uni. Last yr I had a words from of them tattooed on my wrist. my dad ‘life’s too short’ my mum ‘much loved’. From letters in response to me telling them I was gay aged 26. #bbcsaturdaylive
