Is it me or every message i get on LinkenIn is a HUSTLE? i.e. we are offering the best developers, we give access to the best deep tech companies to invest, the best software that you absolutely need etc.

Let's clear the air: I'm not here to point fingers or name names. Instead, I'd like to share my own thoughts on the topic, and I acknowledge that I could be wrong. Here's what I think: - Greece needs a fresh start, and that means promoting positive stories and initiatives. The days of backroom deals and mocking others are over. We need a more collaborative approach. - For a thriving tech ecosystem to emerge in Greece, unity is essential. Instead of competing against each other, VCs - and entrepreneurs - should work together to build something special. Rather than trying to outdo each other with "Silicon Valley" credentials, let's focus on what we can achieve together. - And remember, if you have something to say, say it with kindness. Be respectful, be considerate, and be mindful of others. If someone makes a mistake online or shares confidential information or whatever, take a moment to privately critique their approach. "Hey, friend, I think you'd get a better response by doing X instead of Y. If you consider my feedback, I'm here to help and collaborate" – we're all in this together, and we can learn and grow together. I recently stumbled upon a thought-provoking comment on a popular Greek tech podcast: 'We don't need to be preached to, we know all about the country's problems. If you're interested, come and help us tackle them.' I couldn't agree more. It's not about sugarcoating the issues, but about acknowledging that we're already aware of them and are open to constructive input. However, for this kind of initiative to succeed, we need to cultivate a culture of unity and receptivity to feedback. That's why it's crucial to approach conversations with empathy, actively listen to others, and avoid passive-aggressive remarks or attempts to sound clever. By doing so, we can create a space where meaningful progress can be made and positive change can occur.
