Just a bit of backstage how I worked on the Redlore's website. Manual sketching, 3d modeling and animation, web development, assets optimization, and then the website went live. At that time, there was no AI, no Claude Code, no Kling, Veo, or Seedance. Just real skills and thoughtful, meticulous craftsmanship. #creativeweb #webdesign #3dwebsite

Recently finished a landing page for a newcomer to the US CBD market. That's the hero 3D section (#ThreeJS, GSAP, Elementor, WordPress). Btw, no #ClaudeCode. Only Blender3D and old-school manual coding. #3dwebdesign #creativedev

@joshmillgate @ultramock Nice, just a couple of things: 1. Should the frag be checked in Chrome? 2. What about Safari and Firefox?

I can't believe it, I've managed to create a HTML-in-Canvas beast with @ultramock 🔥 Load up any website/app into an interactive 3D scene and programatically animate all components beautifully:

@MisterSpace3 I'm sorry, but this comment is for gamedevs, not just players. Enjoy pressing buttons on your gamepad.

@AXL_Labs I like the idea. But where are you going to find datasets for your models for... everything? I'm not quite sure if the PS5 gamepad consists of the depicted parts, and in this case reliability is crucial.

@verge Yes, agree. We should stay profoundly human in the age of AI slop. Guys in my feed, please hear him.

More than anything, Pope Leo's new encyclical, "Magnifica Humanitas," is an exhaustive account of what could happen if AI development goes awry—as for what happens if it goes right, Leo mostly leaves that to the reader’s imagination, @FrancisXRocca writes: theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/05/…

The democratization of automation is NOT producing competent builders. Rather, it's producing a generation of people who THINK THEY CAN automate, which is exponentially more dangerous than people who KNOW THEY CAN'T. Lowering the barrier to entry is not a gift to humanity when it lets people who don't understand risk, failure, or edge cases deploy untested systems into business-critical workflows. That's the mass production of technical debt by people who don't know they're producing it... #N8N #Zapier #OpenClaw #AIAutomation #AISlop #aiagents

021/100 Buttons. Total time so far: 166h A clean hover for a more serious/high-quality site, I would say. I’m using GSAP here to animate the hover effect and SplitText for splitting the text into chars. In the JavaScript, I have a few event listeners like pointerenter, pointerleave, focusin, and focusout. For every state, I add separate functions where the animation happens. We can see here that when we focus the button, the animation plays too. Just because the keyboard is being used doesn’t mean you shouldn’t show an animation. The animation just shouldn’t be visible when reduced motion is turned on. In JS, we can use the focusin event listener for that. But as this also gets triggered when we click the button, we need to check if our element matches the CSS :focus-visible state, because that only works when using the keyboard. If the check is true, we simply play the timeline with the hover animation. On pointerleave, we overwrite our hover timeline to set every char back to its original state. @Forbes It democratizes incompetence, flooding the market with brittle, unmaintainable products that will quietly fail until they fail loudly and expensively.

What is a solopreneur? The term has taken on new meaning as AI makes it easier for one person to run a business with the capabilities of a much larger operation. forbes.com/sites/caroline…

My feed is full of screenshots of this Nike post, and comments like: "Aha, gotcha! You're using ChatGPT!", while the posts by these commenters are themselves 100% low-quality AI slop. But that's not what's drew my attention. The interesting part is: Why? Why did Nike post it like this? Of course, we don’t know the real reason behind it. It could have been nothing more than a careless move by a Nike employee, or a clever, meticulously planned stunt. But if I were the Head of Social there, I'd do this: 1. Create this "AI-sloppish" post. 2. Initiate a wave of ambiguity via influencers (basically astroturfing at its core). It should be easy to make it viral because of the "big corp" and "AI" tags. And you are fully covered by the shields of OpenAI believers, so the move is safe. 3. Profit! Now people are talking about @Nike + AI. They soon all forget what it was about, but "Nike + AI" will stick. So, you get mentions. You get the "brand + AI" anchor. You get visibility in an overheated niche. And you’re pulling chestnuts out of the fire with the hands of AI devotees. Looks like a smart move! 👍 #AISlop #AIHype #ViralMarketing #MarketingPsychology

What worked for us: • Dual-mode observer: self for vertical, parent for horizontal sections • 3 threshold tiers: 100/150/200% viewport • For video: strip src into data-src, swap with JS • Separate config for mobile vs desktop Details in my blog.

Native loading="lazy" falls apart on animated sites. 1. Chromium preloads 1250–2500px ahead. Images pop in mid-animation 2. Horizontal GSAP sections: rootMargin is vertical-only 3. Nested scroll containers break IO with root:null 4. Autoplay videos ignore preload="none"
