✅ We've pushed out some fixes to help with Port-A-Bunkers ending up under the terrain. A full fix is on the way in the next game update. Thanks for the reports!

Here is something that can fix the frame/lag issues. - Delete the FortniteGame folder located in %localappdata%. - Press Windows Key + R and type: %localappdata% - In the folder that opens, locate the FortniteGame folder and delete it. NOTE: Make sure to close Fortnite and the Epic Games Launcher before doing this. If your PC won't let you delete the files, restart and try again. - Restart your computer. - Run the Epic Games Launcher as an administrator. - Go to your Library and find Fortnite. - Click the three dots (...), then select Manage > Verify. - Once the verification is finished, launch Fortnite. NOTE: After following this procedure, you might experience some lag during your first match. This happens because it’s as if you’ve cleared all the "junk" from your PC and reloaded clean files, so the game is rendering everything for the first time. It runs great after that.
