If it is true, think how truly incompetent the people who are running the city of Cincinnati are? If they are lying, it is even worse with the city officials personal financial situations and potential of more major corruption yet to be uncovered. Norfolk Southern is paying 90 million to service the debt of the purchase of the Southern Railway from the city of Cincinnati. That is multimillions more than they said they could afford when dealing with our untrusty railroad trustees when negotiating the lease and then purchase. Mr. Nippert showed how the citizens got screwed.
