Apple will have a financial motivation to improve listing management tools for businesses. Apple Business Connect is notoriously difficult to work with, and no business is going to pay to promote inaccurate listings.

Initial reports indicate that an attack on a girls' primary school in Minab, southern Iran, has resulted in the deaths of over 100 individuals, including numerous students. The killing of pupils in a place dedicated to learning constitutes a grave violation of the protection afforded to schools under international humanitarian law. Attacks against educational institutions endanger students and teachers and undermine the right to education. In accordance with its mandate and with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2601 (2021), UNESCO recalls the obligations of all parties to protect schools, students and education personnel.

1/ Friend of mine rented a townhouse w/four others via an NYC @corcorangroup broker named Kyle Talbott. He told them they had the place -- "Pack your bags!" When they were TWO DAYS from moving in he called them and claimed that at the owner's instruction, he had withheld info from them and actually they didn't have the place.

I am closely monitoring the ongoing military operations in Iran. International military actions have a direct and profound impact on Maryland’s families and communities.
I served in Afghanistan and I’ve seen who pays the price when Washington rushes into conflict. We owe the men and women executing on these orders a clear understanding of the mission. When we ask them to risk their lives, we need to be clear there is no other option.
For decades the Iranian regime has been an agent of terror in the region and we have been able to reach bipartisan consensus to restrict nuclear capabilities and promote stability in the region. We can stand with the Iranian people who support the cause of democracy and freedom without risking another conflict that sends another generation of American troops into combat.
I am in constant communication with public safety officials, senior military advisors, and local and federal partners to ensure we are taking every measure necessary to protect our state. @DawnFlytheMoore and I are praying for peace, and we thank our brave service members who stand watch in harm’s way.
