@konectbuses either your drivers should be better informed or your information online should be more accurate. Politeness never goes a miss either...very disappointed with the service.

@konectbuses just got on the number 3 konect bus norwich to watton. The online timetable suggests pick up is from St stephens (BQ) yet the bus ran to (BR) and upon questioning the driver he was very rude and unhelpful.
