Hey Ds,
We are relaunching Depot.
Why is it necessary?
Momentum and timing.
Our MVP is 90% completed, and we need better momentum to present it to the world. Yet, the current state of the chart, on-chain volume, and activity in the space aren’t optimal. We have to be sure the first Depot release has the right impact.
Why is there no malicious intent?
In hindsight, it’s clear the launch was done at the worst possible time. Low volume and a transparent bundle resulted in very low tax income, which affected both development and marketing perspectives. To keep Depot operational and to fund the development of the Depot App beta and Hero App, not only did we use all tax (9.92 ETH), but we also poured in our own funds (4.5 ETH as we speak). A report will be added at the end of the announcement to avoid distracting from the main part.
Simply put — there are no funds to steal with the relaunch, no traces to cover, no drama to hide — zero malicious intent.
Why doesn’t the relaunch hurt anyone?
The current price per token is below our bundled numbers — which means almost no holders are left, wiped out by waiting, the harsh market, and their own trading strategies.
If any holders remain, please send your tokens here: 0xCFEAe4BE14dbcAB8A0965f5a0eF21fDBb188089D, and we will provide you with an equal allocation of the new token immediately after the launch. Don’t rush, you have one week to send your tokens.
Important: buying and sending tokens after this announcement won’t qualify for airdrop.
What will be improved?
Depot will relaunch in a stealth, fair fashion, which means no bundles applied. This and better timing are the only two things to improve.
How will the new launch happen?
1. We will finish the Depot App beta and the Hero App beta versions and provide closed beta access to influencers and a few community members to try them out. The relaunch should take place only once the MVP is ready.
Our community chat will be reopened, and the Depot team and socials will be active with regular updates and leaks — no changes on this front.
2. Around the time the beta access is released, we will announce the relaunch date, while polishing the beta for public access and developing the next products (DeLeverage and DnD, as well as other modules).
3. Relaunch stealthily, fairly, and make history.

Now, it’s time for the financial report to keep things transparent, optimistic, and clear:
Expenses:
UI/UX — $9,500
Branding, Landing, SMM, motion, content — $14,900
Front-end — $11,000
Back-end — $23,000
APIs and services — $1,900
Operational expenses — $4,800
Moderation — $5,900
Marketing — $14,000
Total — $86,000
Add initial locked liquidity, total bundle cost, and a couple of buybacks on top.
Total tax income:
9.92 ETH or roughly $43,000
The difference between income and expenses grows daily and is fully covered by the team. We love what we build; we are persistent and confident in success. Our confidence and humble ambitions are the reason we want to give Depot a second breath. We hope you will be part of it very soon.

Depot Development Update - October 5, 2025
The Hero App is almost through the finishing line.
Frontend is nearly complete - the static pages are done, data connections are being tested, and the interface already feels alive and responsive.
On the backend, things are moving fast. The data engine that powers price tracking, indexes, and sentiment is up and running. Caching and monitoring are in place, keeping the system stable and efficient.
We’re now syncing backend and frontend into one flow - the final step before the full product reveal.
Each week the pieces fit tighter, and the experience feels closer to what we’ve envisioned from the start: seamless, intuitive, and built for humans.

While our team prepares the Hero App (backend, frontend, blockchain integrations), we’re also exploring #Hyperliquid perpetuals as the foundation for our upcoming Futures module.
The goal: a refined and radically simple futures model — something the space hasn’t seen before. This opens new revenue streams for Depot, stronger utilities for $DEPOT, and a bigger role in the trading flow.

We are proud to inform you that 2 hours ago we completed the entire Frontend Development for Hero App v0.1, including both Journey Mode and Adventure Mode!
54 pages, subpages, pop-ups, and tips are now ready to be connected and battle-tested.
Next, we’ll finish our backend, review the white-hat testing results in two days, and move forward with the closed beta release.

Depot Development Update - Sept 19, 2025
Our front-end team has been busy:
• Journey Mode static pages for both desktop and mobile are now complete.
• Search, Weather, and Altcoin Index modals are in place, together with notifications and user popovers.
• Sign-in, Sign-up, password reset, and inbox flows are almost wrapped.
• A library of reusable UI components (cards, modals, progress trackers, buttons, icons) has been built to speed up everything that comes next.
On the back-end side:
• Transaction monitoring infrastructure is live. The system now automatically tracks confirmations, updating status in real time.
• Turnkey integration is validated, wallet creation flows are working smoothly, and audit logging is in place.
• A background service now polls the blockchain every 30 seconds to ensure confirmations and keep records fully synced.
What’s next? Work continues on the Asset Page UI and tighter sync with our data providers. The bridge between front-end and back-end is getting stronger with each step.
Depot is being built carefully, with best practices across the stack — because it’s meant for humans.

On 8 Sept 2025, the npm supply-chain hack put billions at risk.
Ledger’s CTO Charles Guillemet (@P3b7_ ) was first to sound the alarm.
We explain how we’re building Depot’s infrastructure to stay secure against this kind of attack.

Depot Development Update - September 11, 2025.
We’ve been building quietly for some time, and it’s the right moment to start sharing progress.
Here’s where we stand:
Login & Authentication → Core flows are already working. Google sign-in and other methods are being refined to make onboarding smooth from day one.
Infrastructure → Database, caching, and server architecture are deployed and tested. The system is stable, scalable, and ready for the next layers.
Wallet Services → Turnkey integration is live. Key generation, signing, and verification are working, and wallet creation is now being expanded with secure policies in place.
Security & Audit Trail → Every user action will be logged with encrypted records. This is part of our commitment to transparency and trust.
Feature Foundations → The backend is now aligned with how the Journey and Adventure modules are designed. What you’ll see in the presentation soon is backed by infrastructure already taking shape under the hood.

Hero App solves many problems — navigating the oversaturated crypto landscape is just one of them.
Launching late September. Apply for beta and be among the first to try it: dpot.io/whitelist
By the way, big update on dpot.io/hero-app tomorrow.

Balancing simplicity with functionality, and flexibility with clarity, is the Holy Grail of UX. Add security, robustness, and a near-frictionless flow, and you solve one of crypto’s toughest riddles.
The upcoming Depot App tackles this in one of the most critical steps of the user journey — Sign Up.
A primitive yet beautiful sign-up via email with automatic wallet generation — while keeping full access to your keys anytime — breaks the bottleneck of crypto adoption without sacrificing security.
Coming soon to beta testers.

Innovation
Some projects prefer to play on easy mode, bothering with the current “meta” and mainstream opinions. Others have their own vision and pave their own path.
Those who create innovative products, services, or solutions deserve a special reward, marking their outstanding vision and, statistically, very positive R/R.

Do nothing, know everything. Part Two.
Badges are a part of upcoming Hero App / dpot.io/hero-app / and our innovation to bring cutting-edge research into our users’ hands.
In this thread, we cover the second Badges pack: Curated by OGs, Working Product, and Innovation.

We just wrapped our first AMA on X Spaces. Here’s what went down:
Hero App presentation→ not a product launch, but a first look at what Journey & Adventure will feel like. The goal is simple: fix crypto’s complexity.
Journey Mode → your safe path. Around 100–200 curated projects, shown as clean cards with badges, weather, and quick stats. No noise, no overwhelm.
Adventure Mode → the wide view. Full market exploration, momentum plays, reversals, unique filters like Golden Entry. Built for users who want to roam.
Weather → market mood, explained like the forecast:
🌞 Sunny ☁️ Cloudy 🌧 Rainy ⛈ Stormy
Every project also has its own local weather as well.
Badges → quick cues that tell you what matters at a glance: Curated by OGs, KYC, LLC, Innovation, Black Sheep, Working Product, Super Community, and more.
